FSF have installed a borehole that provides clean running water at the school. Prior to this, the children were walking up to five miles to collect water from a pump that frequently broke.

The water was also unclean and many people suffered with illnesses such as dysentery. This has made a massive difference to the lives of vulnerable children and more time can be spent on learning.

Water used to be carried up to 5 miles, after being pumped by hand from the nearest well.

Now the school has clean water running from a tap, all from the borehole.
