Walking away from Malaria

Join Laura and Roisin and get your walking boots on to save lives by walking in the beautiful setting of the West Highland Way in Scotland in aid of FSF'S Mosquito Net Appeal. The walk starts on Monday 9th August and finisheson Monday 16th. Please don't be put off because it's a 100 mile walk! Lush Braehead held a Gambian themed two-day party to raise awareness and funds for  FSF. They all dressed up in Gambian clothes, pampered customers and Roisin and Laura shared their stories of their volunteer trip earlier this year. They raised hundreds of pounds for FSF through Charity Pot sales! Laura said that "Involving staff and customers in a Gambian themed party turned out a fabulous weekend for all involved, including selling out of our 65 charity pots (with all proceeds going to FSF)! Being able to talk about the experiences in The Gambia was brilliant, rewarding and shall hopefully rally up some more support for the brilliant work of Fresh Start Foundation!"
